I have a 2004 Durango that the power windows quit working and the mirror adjuster

they said it's a fuse or relay but no way of telling which one?

You can check the fuses with a volt checker, keep your engine running and find a good ground and then check each fuse they should read 12 volts at both ends, little hole one each end, but if they only read 12 volts at one end then they are bad. If the fuses are ok then you can try to switch relay´s that are the same to find the bad one.
