Evap codes could be the fuel cap, but replacing the cap may not be the solution. Evap system diagnostics will need to be performed by a garage with the proper smoke testing equipment to resolve these codes if replacing the gas cap didn't work. These codes don't have anything to do with the transmission problem you are having. These are two separate issues. Replacing the fluid will not fix a mechanical problem... If anything, changing the transmission fluid because there are problems with the transmission means that the fluid change came too late, the transmission fluid should have been serviced much sooner. There could be an issue with the valve body or something else... A transmission shop should be able to figure it out.
