Car won't start after changing water pump and timing belt

The water pump leak and I guess cause the timing
belt to stretch and it jumped time I replace the
timing belt and water pump now i can't seem to get
the car to start I have compression I have fire  to
the plugs I have fuel pressure I have double
checked and triple check the timing marks and
timing I have gone so far as to make sure it's top
dead center but I still can't get the car to start I
don't think maybe then fuel injector or fuel could
this be a problem or could this be a sensor
problem I even tried starting it with starting fluid no
luck
