I have a 1995 Toyota 4Runner 4x4. When I try to start it, it will crank but I have to crank it 2-4 times for a few seconds each time before it starts. The starter is working fine, the engine just won't start. I've changed the spark plugs and spark plug wires, the distributor cap and rotator, the air filter and fuel filter.
