What's wrong with my 2000 crown Vic any help

I have a 2000 crown Vic and only
four coils work on my car so I
relacped them all and them four still
do not work on my driver side what
should I do next

The 4.6L right? And the same 4 coils that you replaced are still not igniting? Have a look at this, it's really good: I will put it in a separate window to make it easy to hyperlink

By the way, even though you have a Crown Vic, the COP coils don't mean it has anything to do with the Police Interceptor, it's Coil-on-Plug. I thought it did at first

You might have a corroded connector in the line from the low voltage to the coil. Sometimes, corrosion gets inside the Molex-type connector and is not visible without taking the connectors apart to visually check. Clean it and it should work well.
