If tests confirm battery and alternator are good, check all the wiring harness for weak spots, and especially check for bad grounds. There's quite a few chassis grounds on a vehicle. You might want to test voltage at the power distribution block or fuse box. You might also have a problem with the body control module which controls most interior functions.

The battery light indicates the alternator is not charging. It is controlled through the PCM. If battery is good and alternator is charging after checking, you may need live data scanner to check other electronic components after following the suggestions of KenF.
