2004 Eddie Bauer Explorer, went to start and found NO power throughout vehicle

Went to start and had no power throughout the vehicle.  Did a load test with
the battery connected to the wiring and got a bad battery reading.  
Disconnected the terminals and checked battery and found it fully charged.  
Reconnected  made sure good terminals and connectors and still not even a
dome light or key alarm is sounding.  A couple of days prior the vehicle did a
slow start clicking and finally started, this caused the speedo and tach both
to jump opposite direction.   Checked the main 60 amp fuses and switched
the blower and starter fuses as a test still nada nothing.   Any thoughts?

Check all fuses and relays in all boxes and do a harness connection visual inspection. Along with this inspection check grounds. Blown fusible link?

Thanks I checked the continuity thru the fuse box and everything checked out with no grounding through the body. finally checked through the cables from battery to fuse and ground. found not one but both the cables were bad. replaced both, up and running now
