2000 Ford ranger missing and smoking

Question type: General

Has new plugs and wires! All have been tested! Also all fuel injectors tested!
Coils been tested! Code says #1 cylinder! Tested wire all the way to computer
plug in all good! Missing really bad and smoking non stop till up to temp and
then only smokes on take off?

Black, sooty smoke is running too rich. Blue is oil burning and excessive white smoke is probably a head gasket leaking.
