I have a 2000 windstar, the ac works great but heater will not get hot blows cold all the time, what's up?

Check the heater hose,s going into fire wall on passenger side under hood with van warmed up,if they are warm,you may have blockage to the heater core,or the actuator door in the blower box under dash is stuck to the cool side,
