Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When my 1999 gmc Sonoma engine is warmed up. Only while I push on the gas peddle it will be like someone messes with me and taps the brakes here and there. like power completely shuts off and then comes right back on. I cant figure it out. I have new coils, gas filter and map sensor. also just did a tune up. couple wks ago so I am thinking the fuel relay or fuel pump? hopefully someone has had this problem and can tell me how to fix it.
