if the car dosent make any noise at all a fuel pump wont cause it. try starting the care in neutral and push it harder into park. this will eliminate a possible linkage adjustment. check all fuses in the car and under the hood. does it crank or no will it start then die or not run at all. need a little more info. please send thanks.
when you turn the key to the run position does the check engine light come on?

Yes, I'll try it sounds like I'm on the right track.
for it to have 0 response, first try a jump start, leaving the other car running, and cables to be attached for atleast a few minutes, and trying, usually a clicking sound will occur meaning dead battery, but if it is too dead, (below 10 volts), you get nothing, not a thing....

Sounds like the first thing to check would be the battery. If the lights go out, and no sound from anything. Try headlights neither will work if battery is totally dead. Aldo check dome light when door is opened. Also dead battery.
