how do you change back from kilometers to miles per hour on a Chevy HHR

Some how I changes it to kilometers
and I'm tryna change back to miles
per hour

I put that link in a window to make it easy to hyperlink. Problem is I can't make sense out of it , Chapter 3 Page 49. Just says displays km and mph at same time. maybe you can decipher it. TRIP A or TRIP B Press the information button until TRIP A or TRIP B display. These modes show the current distance traveled since the last reset for each trip odometer in either miles (mi) or kilometers (km). Both odometers can be used at the same time

scroll on the menu for your metric english option. 1. turn key to on position. 2. press info button (on left dash) and that arrow button simutaneously. 3. at UNITS find the metric/ english option and change to english. 4. turn key to off postion and remove.

The button you press to reset AVG MPG/the bottom button of the 4 on the left side of the steering wheel. Press both bottom buttons at the same time (with key on) and it will open up different menu options than the standard you are used to seeing while driving. From there, it is very simple. \
