I found plastic pieces in my oil pan , What could they be from?

Plastic timing chain guides possibly, or a plastic lifter guide. Check the lifters by pulling valve cover, if the lifter guides wear, it can allow the lifter to rotate, and gouge the cam lobe. BTW if you want more detailed info, post what motor you have.
It could be plastic timing gear teeth. I had that happen on a Ford I owned. Are the pieces triangular?

The pieces are irregular shapes and sizes. Motor is 5.3. Thanks for taking the time to answer..
In any case you need to remove the timing cover and fix what ever is wrong. I would install a new timing chain and gear set while I had it open.
