i have no power at my plug in on my ob2 and the fuse is fine,what else could be wrong

I pluged in an analyzer to my ob2 under the dash and there is no power at my plug in,the fuse is good what else could be wrong

Something is wrong with the power line that runs to the ALDL connector from the battery. Here is a picture of the ALDL connector pins and power location.
