2007 Jeep Patriot starts but no throttle response

Just work on a this lady hit something changed
alot of the front end radiator and inner bumper itt
starts up runs ruff changed the intake manifold
runner control still nothing

Negative the only code was for the part changed but would it be possible it's the ECM it did throw p0113 but its not throwing that code now
