Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi so my Honda Accord 1995 lx battery light has
been flickering and it makes a weird noise
sounding like it’s coming from the engine (after I
pop the hood and listen) the lights on my dash do
dim and my AC and radio stops I just fixed the
alternator and the belts to the best I possibly can
no fuses are broken and idk what else I can do I
want to say it’s a wiring problem what the
alternator and the battery cause it keeps dying but
it’s a brand new battery new belts
