Car clicks once and all electrical system dies when trying to start. Comes on moments later. Tried boosting and replaced battery. Rolled it off and took the positive, stayed running. Lights didnt dim.

You got a short or a loose connection check ground on battery and wires going to starter and alternator

Could be a bad starting system relay up under the dash board. Most Hondas have 2 of them and one or both can go bad and act up.
