car starts and runs as long as i keep key turned over all the way

Not sure exactly what you mean, unless you are saying that if you hold the key to the start position the cars stays running but if you let go of it and it "snaps" back to the run position, the car dies" Either way, I would say that you need to replace the ignition or possibly the switch assembly that is operated by the ignition. Many cars especially the Honda's have had recall notices sent out about defective/wear problem ignitions. Call a Honda Dealer and give them your yr and VIN and see if yours was involved in a recall campaign. If it was they should still fix it for free.

Thank you. I was thinking that it might be the ignition relay or ignition switch. Ignition switch easy to troubleshoot first before changing the relay.
