My 2010 SRX has the up and down Nav/back up screen system It no longer goes up. Is there a way to fix this

I have the same problem on my 2010 SRX. I have tried checking fuses but find none are bad. Sorry I do not have an answer but am following this in hopes that someone does have a solution....

Having the same issue. Wish someone could provide an answer. Cadillac couldn't even assist me

Same problem CD song playing not the same as playing. Screen kept going to small writing after 5 sec. I disconnected battery with head lights on. when I reconnected allowed the navigation screen to stay on. A temp fix but allowed me to use all the systems.

Anyone know how I can make the system recognize the screen is in the up position? My screen recently stopped moving up and down and it’s stuck in the down position on the display and everything times out in like 3 seconds
