1997 Ford Ranger's battery keep going dead despite a replaced battery, alternator, and new battery terminal wiring. What could it be?

Hi Chris. Sounds like what you have is a problem that some refer to as a "parasitic draw." It means that there is a component whether it is lights, or the stereo, or something else is drawing all the battery power. If you can, you are going to have to get an amp meter and see what is draining the power. When the car is off nothing should be draining more than .02-.06 amps.
