Is my slave cylinder bad

I just changed my clutch master
cylinder but before I done so the pedal
stuck to the floor. Now that I changed
my clutch master cylinder I get very
slow return of the pedal. Could that be
that my slave cylinder is bad?

Yes if master cylinder is good and you bleed clutch . A failed slave cylinder may very well be the problem. It will keep the clutch pedal from coming up as well
I inherited a 1993 Ford Ranger with a bad Slave Cylinder. After much research, I found it has to be changed frequently. If you can do the mechanics on it, that will save a lot in labor costs. OR, You might want to rethink keeping the truck and get a different one. Good Luck!
