2010 Subaru Forester

While  driving on the freeway this
morning by 2010 Subaru Forrester
shut off and died would not restart no
clicking or anything .  I know my
serpentine belt has been slipping and
screeching in the mornings when I
start it, could that have broke? What
else could be the prob?

First, look at your belts and if its not that then it may be the starter, or check if its in Park or not, I've tried to start a dead vehicle in drive before and did the same thing.
