I bought a 2011 chevy traverse one month ago and two weeks after we got it we started hearing a grinding sound i called the dealer and he looked at it said no big deal not the tranny ive had it back there and a shop he sent me to with nothing learnd they keep saying differnt stuff. so i took it to a chevy dealership to find out it was the tranny. its a 2,200 dollar fix. Is there anything we can do to have the dealership we got it from pay for this or are we just screwed?

I have a 2013 Chevy Traverse never had much problems at all with it. I drove it today and it shut off with an issue with the battery, I knew right away that it was the alternator. I had it checked out and it is the alternator, I purchased a new one. With the very cold temperature and me being on my way home from the doctor already, I plan on doing this tomorrow morning, my problem is that its parked in a parking lot. Do I need to take the passenger side tire off , and the wheel well as to better be able to get to the alternator and the tension pulley? 2 Answers

So I recently bought a 2008 Impala from a small time dealer. It has 65000 plus miles on it and is under a 3000 mile 60 day warranty, I took it back to the dealer and asked him to look at it because I felt it was shifting bad, He said there was nothing wrong with it and unfortunately i didnt get any paper work. so i took it on my own and got it checked and it needs a new transmission, i went back and told the dealer and he wont pay for it unless i take it to where hewants to have it looked at 5 Answers

I got ready for work as usual -remote started the car (7 degrees) dropped kids off then went to work. All good no problems. 10hrs. Later remote started 2011 traverse or so I thought. Went out to leave and auto not running . Didn't think much of it and started it and check engine light was on and remote start won't work. (Some info oil change and life is good - 1/2 tank of gas and 18 degrees at this point) any ideas 8 Answers
