2011 Toyota Tacoma not starting on a slight incline

Hey Geolost, I just got a 2011 Tacoma, and noticed the same problem. Did you find a solution to your problem? I booked the truck to get it checked out at the dealership in 3 days. I will post what they tell me later. E

i was wondering if you all determined the problem causing this because my trucking is doing this too.

It was too intermittent for the dealership to figure out what was wrong. It only does it once every few months. I've made it through the winter without any problems (cold weather was my major concern), so I guess it's not that bad. If you're is worse - like every time you try to start your truck, I would look into your check valve on your fuel pump. Thats what keeps the fuel in the lines when the pump isnt running.

I have a 2003 prerunner that does the same thing once in a while. second attempt starts truck. not sure what the issue is. only does it when slightly nose high. even then its not constant. Never been bothered enough to have it checked.
