Why is my car jerking when I try to accelerate?

There is many reasons it could be doing that. Get a tech to look at it.

could be may things tires bad, Balancing problem on the tire, alignment, tie rods and so may other things.

You may possibly have an issue with throttle control or the fuel to air ratio. As it's all controlled by the ECU it may be best to have it checked over at a garage. It could also be possible that your MAF sensor is out of spec or an issue with injectors. Try getting so fuels injector cleaner and see if that makes any difference after a few miles of driving.
