2011 Golf TDI stereo/clock intermittent failyre

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi there, going through all these posts re
stereo.  Mine went black two days ago but
came back on after driving over 30 km.
The next morning I was able to drive 9 km
with it working before it "blew out".  By
blow out I mean there was a loud pop.
Worked again on way home from work
(~15 km into trip).  Stopped working when i
went to drop my daughter off at badminton
after dinner.  This morning it was on when i
started the car only to have another
extremely loud blow/pop a few blocks from
home.  Any advice
