What is your stance if the dealer you advertise for isn't keeping up their end?

iDeal Auto in Raliegh North Carolina
they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle 30 day warranty if there was it would be fixed now they say warranty covered specific things not what's wrong
I thought I saw on here a 7 day money back guarantee if not satisfied
