Who do I file my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I reach out to this dealers to call me and they don't . When I call them car is GONE and they offer me something $ 5000 more. Star in bayside

This is the 3rd time its happen on your site. You reach out to thecdealer. No
response. Then call them. Car gone but they have one for a lot more money.
Case in point Star in Bayside and car is still on your site

The company has to be BBB certified to file a complain against them

This is just a question and answer forum, that's all. You are not contacting the BBB here, nor are you contacting Car Gurus. The only people who see these questions and answers are other Car Gurus members. If you want to file a complaint with the BBB, you can, regardless of whether the seller is a member or not. If the dealership is not returning your calls or they are using bait and switch on you, will not have any effect on their rating. Besides, the BBB can't do a thing for you anyway. All they do is collect membership fees and post ratings.
