I had the same on my 1999 . rear passenger window goes down by its self and I found broken wire in drivers door

I have a 2000 jeep Grand Cherokee that the Driver's side rear door is not unlocking. I have removed the entire latch and taken apart to clean and lubricate but cannot get it to "unlock" properly.
