Locked keys in the trunk 2014 Passat. We got the doors open the trunk wont open and we tried the one in the glove box no luck its a rental they said they'll have to tow it..please help

if you have the doors open you should be able access the trunk by detaching the back seat from the rear mounts. Check the manual....it might be under something like "stowing skis". On many models., the arm rest or passenger side rear site is designed to fold down to allow carrying skis.

There is a small plastic cover on top back center seat. Open it. Once open there is an open space in which you can insert a flat screwdriver and move to your right a latch that let you lower the seat.
