Toyota 2014 Bluetooth issue

some devices are limited to the number of devices it can have synced to it through bluetooth, if you have other devices that were connected to the stereo it may be necessary to delete some devices from the stereo in order to sink with a new one. I just had this problem myself with a used truck I bought. however more info may be needed to properly help diagnose your situation. Like factory or aftermarket stereo, if aftermarket manufacturer and model number would also be helpful. Same with the devise your trying to link to device. Can you link a different device to radio?
I have the same problem. It’s not that I have too many devices already added. It’s that the remove and add buttons do not highlight and/or work anymore. I can’t clear any of the existing at all.
If the car is in motion all of those options will be greyed out for safety reasons. Must be in Park for these options to become available.

The problem I've encountered with this is that the touch screen calibration is off. Our list of connected devices is full and goes to the bottom of the screen. When I try to push the "Remove" button, it actually selects the second or third device up from the bottom of the list. In order to actually select "Remove", I need to be able to touch the screen about a half inch lower (which I can't because that is off the screen).
