A very loud noise heard for a fraction of time in my right ear when driving.

Today I was driving my car that I heard a very loud noise similar to burst, in my right ear. I
really do not know from where this noise came from because I could not find any damage
on the car and I am sure I did not hit anything. I am afraid it was because of an error in
curtain airbag.
Do you think I need to take the car for a check?
