I lose power in the sand

I was trying to climb a small hill in the sand and my truck was losing power and
would not climb the hill I was in 4-wheel drive and had to go back and forth to
get the truck up the hill had to gas all the way to the floor and the engine had no
power to it what do I do

Sand is really hard to drive in and takes a lot of power. Were you in low range?

If you have traction control it may have been cutting the power or applying the brakes. Turn it off!
