Get all the water out of all the computer modules, fuse block, power dist. center, etc. Check the batter is still good. Check and/or replace any blown fuses and fusible links. Check the mega fuse. Check your relays, esp. starter relay. Check for power to/from ignition module.

my 2015 malibu ent threw some flood water it shut off but it sounds like it need a boost but hen i did it did not crank hats the problem

Is there a possibility that water can get in the oil by having a hood scoop on the vehicle and it sat out in the heavy rain that just pass threw the colony area.
