Trunk opening using key fob

Using key fob trunk will release and open a couple inches
but won't raise all the way up any more.

Does it stay up when raising it manually?

I have the same problem. The trunk will stay lifted opened once I pull it up. Just pops open with key fob but doesn't lift up.
