See if it has a Distributor ignition pick up module otherwise it could also be a sensor in the distributor which in most cases are not replaceable and the whole distributor is bad but if its a pick up module then that is replaceable and also does not come with a new distributor if replacing it. Try a repair manual or online to get testing info to test the pick up module and sensors, also like the cam and crank sensors too. May try a known good computer too if all else falls, say doe the car run like poo or run great until it does not run?
