1995 ford taurus won't turn over

I have a 1995 ford taurus and it won't turn over.
I last used it two days ago and it ran just fine.
Today however I went to go to the store and it
wouldn't turn over. It's sat for a full day on an
incline, the super fluid is near empty, doesn't spray,
the radiator fluid is just about empty from the tank
you can access under the hood. I can hear the fuel
injector go, and all my electronics in the car work,
but it won't turn over. Now it's been sitting a day,
and I've been parked in the same spot for a week,
but it's run after being parked there before.

Will it start or at least turn over with a jump from another vehicle? If so, have your battery checked and replace if needed.
