on the red then my check engine light came
on then off and on again. As I pulled in my
drive way the car turned off on me since
then it hasent turned on. I replaced the
temperature sensor, ignition coil and
nothing. Seams like its going to start but it
dont.what else can I do?

Can you tell if the engine sounds like it has compression when cranking, does it just spin really easy? Maybe a head gasket is blown, cracked the heads or even damaged the piston rings. Engines in modern vehicles run very hot and any increase in temperature can cause engine damage. To be sure do a compression test.
I even spray starting fluid in intake and nothing compression is good.
Just contacted my mechanic friend at the local Ford dealership, he suggests to pull all the spark plugs out and inspect for water in the cylinders also inspect the plugs. Check for spark by disconnecting a spark plug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine-while cranking it over-do you have spark?
