What do you suggest we do to help our 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan to start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan won't start. I went to to
church and came home;  turned the van off and my
husband got in and the van would not start. Originally there
was a red dot on the dash and the car was making a sound
when I would try to turn the van on. After several attempts
we realized it was a security lock so we followed the
instructions and got the van to stop making noise, but the
van still will not start. It is making  clicking sound and have
came back on... What do you suggest we do? We did not
have any issues with the van previously. Has anyone had
these problems before?

A clicking sound could indicate a weak battery. Have it tested. It should be over 12V to start the vehicle.
