Why won't my car start?

I have a 2017 volkswagen Passat, I have to press
the brake pedal in order to start, the pedal is hard
to press, the key will turn but the vehicle will not
start, the clock is spinning, the trip miles is on 0.0,
all the dashboard lights and radio are in and
Windows work, please help.

the same thing is happening to y vehicle right now. did you figure out what happened to yours so I figure out how to proceed?

Try charging the battery. It seems that this advice won't help, because some of the electrical components are functioning as designed. However, I just had the exact same issue. I used a portable battery charger and the brake pedal loosened almost instantly and I was able to start the 2017 VW Passat.
