how often do you change the rear differential fluid on my 2018 honda crv

Check the service schedule but every 100,000 miles should be about right.

I've had my 2018 CRC it has 27k KILOMETERS...the maintenance minder came up saying differential change is needed....this doesn't sound right compared to what was said above

The first change is around 15k miles. Subsequent changes are approximately every 30k miles. Your mileage may vary. The maintenance minder won't steer you wrong on this one.
