Everytime we turn the key it blows a fuse

Which fuse blows? That will tell you what circuit is shorted. Disconnect items on that circuit one by one to find the problem, including any relay.

had a similar trouble today..........police intercepter 2011.........two wires melted and stuck to the car and it was acting as an earthing
