New starter. Full battery. Dash comes on. Wont turn over. Cd player makes funny clicking sound never heard before when I turn key to second position. Car sat for 2 months while I battled getting start

er bolts out. I dont have a
multimeter, nor can I get one. What
else could be wrong? Oh, I put in a
new relay as well. Help pleeeease.

Tough one. Because of the clicking sound, I suspect the battery. What happens to the lights(have them on) when you turn key all the way and hear the clicking? If they go dim, you've got a dead batt, or a coroded battery cable connection. I'm more and more thinking, CLEAN THE BATTERY TERMINAL CONNECTIONS! Remove the cables and brush and scrape inside of termanals, and battery posts.
