Same radio issue with 2019 jeep grand Cherokee

How do you get the dealer to even work on it?  They tell me
to make a appointment then when the appointment comes
the radio is working and they tell me there is nothing they
can do.

Intermittence problems are a PITA. They can't fix or diagnose something that is working.
