Problems with Navigation getting stuck "loading" in 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Asked by ELHPgh Jul 23, 2019 at 12:10 PM about the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got my vehicle in March of this year. I am having problems with the navigation
system.  Sometimes t will get stuck in "navigation loading" mode and nothing I
have done, including turning vehicle off and on again, will fix it.  Also it will not
save any of my history or addresses that I have tried to enter as favorites or my
home address.  Is anyone else having these issues?

Yep. I haven't gone yet. Just wondering if anyone else was having same issue. Thanks for the quick responses.

ELHPgh and Guru1868F, Was the dealer able to fix the problem and if so do you know what they did? I'm having the same issue.

I took it to the dealer and they did a software update. So far it is working. I will update you on whether it is a permanent fix.

I’ve been having this issues sense last year in Aug 2019. The dealer replaced the radio and the navigation still doesn’t work. My husband just dropped it off this morning to see if the can fix it.

Mine is at the dealers now... we live in NY and our navigation says we live in Canada. They called they need to order a new radio. Hope they are eating the cost.....
