No, the front ones have to come from a 2000 to 2005 Eclipse, the rears from a 1995 to 2005. Personally I would buy new, going through all the work of installation and installing a strut that is 15 to 20 years old is not a good idea. Decent front struts will run you around $140 for both, the rears around $100.
