How much to repair an ac/heater knob on a Mitsubishi Outlander 2003?

My friend has a broken AC-heater knob on her Mitsubishi Outlander. I was thinking of
getting her the part but wasnt sure of the cost also if its something we can fix ourselves?

To get a good idea, go to YouTube and watch a video on how to do it. Then you can decide if you want to do it.

Does anyone know how much the part costs? I dont know anything about cars so I dont know if I just need to buy the knob or do I have to replace something else with the knob?
