No spare Honda Accord Hybrid

Our 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid didn't come with a spare, only a sealant kit. We
had a tire blowout after 1000 miles. It took a tow truck three hours to come, and
then the car had to be towed because there was no spare. Can I put a spare or
donut in the trunk to avoid this situation in the future?

I dont think they make spares for hybrids. Try buying an truck, you can haul your hybrid in the back for the spare ...okay all jokes aside. Yes you can buy a full size spare, just get another rim same size as your original. Or call a junkyard and see if someone has a donut available.

You can install a compact spare, but you have to order all the parts and get the tire mounted.
