My 2001 Mitsubishi galant completely shut itself off while I was driving on the interstate so I was looking around saw a fuse was blown and it was the engine control i replaced it got maybe 75 miles before it did the same thing have replaced it four times now with the same fuse but the car will not start

recalls are handled by the dealer- please check into it as this problem is dangerous-

Agree,if it is blowing that fuse,there is a major problem,more than likely in the ecm,

There is only one dealership where I am and they just so happened to be in the middle of moving locations and don't have anywhere for me to take it for 2 weeks I was hoping I could try to get it done this weekend do you think where the dealership is moving locations they would help out with a rental car probably a dumb question!!
