Does your car use the green or red antifreeze? The red could be a automatic trans fluid leak the oil cooler in the radiator. If its running hot I would do some test before buying and replacing a bunch of parts just find out its a bad head gasket and you still need to do more work on it. Compression test all cylinders and test for exhaust in coolant. Rubber Does not last but so long. Rubber starts to degrade as soon as it produced. Your radiator has an oil cooler in it for the trans if automatic it needs pressure tested. The radiator may also need cleaned or rodded out as-well as the motor flushed. Your thermostat may be bad and need replacing, could be stuck closed. I would do the above test to see if you head gasket is blown, if its not blown I would have the cooling system over-hauled, cleaned, replaced. I would replace that bottom hose too as its not too far away from the end of its life.
